By browsing or using the Site you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational: it presents our operations consulting, automation, CRM/ERP implementation and AI agent services, and lets you contact us or book a diagnosis. No products are sold and no online payments are made on the Site.

Information published on the Site is not a binding offer. Each service is engaged through a specific proposal, quote or contract that defines scope, deliverables, timelines, price and conditions. If there is any discrepancy between these Terms and the signed contractual document, the contractual document prevails.

The free diagnosis call or session carries no cost and no obligation to contract for either party. Any recommendations given are for guidance only and are based on the information you share with us.

Since the Site does not process payments, price, payment method, cancellation and refund terms are set out in each proposal or contract. Where the client qualifies as a consumer under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute) or other applicable consumer protection law, the rights granted by such law will be respected, including the right of withdrawal where legally applicable.

The return on investment (ROI) calculator, figures, client case studies, testimonials and examples on the Site are illustrative estimates. Actual results depend on each business, its operations and factors beyond our control, so they do not constitute a guarantee or promise of specific results.

Site content is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, tax or financial advice.

The texts, designs, logos, the WowTec International brand, images, code and other elements of the Site are owned by us or used with their owners' permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them for commercial purposes without prior written authorization. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person in forms.
• Send spam, malicious code or unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data or restricted areas of the Site.
• Perform automated bulk content extraction (scraping) without authorization.

The Site contains links to third-party services such as Calendly and WhatsApp. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies; their use is governed by each third party's terms.

We strive to keep the Site's information accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content, nor for interruptions or technical errors beyond our control. We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be the one published on this page, with its effective date. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed directly and amicably; failing that, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the rights the law grants to consumers. If there is any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
