This policy is issued in compliance with Colombian Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 (compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015) and other Colombian data protection rules. Where applicable, we also honor the rights granted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other laws that protect visitors from other countries.

We only collect the data strictly necessary to respond to your request:

• Contact form (required): first name, last name, email address and message.
• Contact form (optional): phone / WhatsApp number and company name.
• Consent record: the date and time you accepted this policy when submitting the form.
• Technical data: aggregated, anonymous visit and performance data (pages viewed, device type, approximate country), without cookies or personal identifiers. Our hosting provider may log your IP address in temporary security logs.
• External channels: if you message us on WhatsApp or book through Calendly, we receive the data you share there.

We do not request sensitive data (health, racial origin, political or religious views, biometric data, etc.) or data about minors. Please do not include this kind of information in your messages.

We use your data exclusively to:

• Respond to your inquiry or contact request.
• Schedule and hold the free diagnosis call.
• Record your request in our internal CRM for commercial follow-up.
• Send you proposals or information about our services related to your inquiry.
• Measure site usage and performance anonymously in order to improve it.
• Comply with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes, and we will not add you to bulk mailing lists without your authorization.

We process your data based on your prior, express and informed consent, given by ticking the acceptance box on the contact form. The form cannot be submitted without it. If you contact us via WhatsApp, email or Calendly, voluntarily sending your data constitutes unequivocal conduct authorizing the purposes described here. We keep proof of the consent given.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ops@wowtecint.com.

To run this site and handle your request, your data may be processed by the following providers (data processors):

• Vercel Inc. (USA): site hosting and anonymous visit and performance metrics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights).
• Resend (USA): delivers the contact form message to our inbox.
• Supabase: database for our internal CRM, where your request is recorded.
• Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) (USA): email reception and management.
• Calendly LLC (USA): only if you book a meeting; handles your name, email and meeting time.
• WhatsApp / Meta Platforms: only if you message us on WhatsApp.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security measures. Calendly and WhatsApp open as external sites; their own policies also apply when you use them.

Some of the providers above store information on servers located outside Colombia, mainly in the United States. By accepting this policy you expressly authorize the international transfer and transmission of your data to those providers, in accordance with Article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012, solely for the purposes described here.

We keep your data while there is an active or potential business relationship with you and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless a legal or contractual obligation requires a longer period. If you request deletion, we will erase your data within 15 business days, unless we are legally required to keep it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), credential-based restricted access to our CRM and providers with recognized security standards. No system is 100% infallible, but we will notify you of any incident affecting your data as required by law.

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the consent you gave.
• Be informed about how your data has been used.
• Withdraw your consent and/or request deletion of your data when there is no legal duty to keep it.
• Access your personal data free of charge.
• File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of the law, after first submitting your inquiry or claim to us.

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to data portability, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you reside in California (USA), you may request to know what data we hold and ask for its deletion; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

Requests, inquiries and claims are handled by the management of WowTec International, under Brian Izquierdo. Write to ops@wowtecint.com stating your name, contact email, a description of your request and, for claims, any supporting documents.

• Inquiries: answered within 10 business days, extendable by 5 more business days with notice of the reason.
• Claims (correction, update, deletion or non-compliance): resolved within 15 business days, extendable by 8 more business days with notice of the reason.

This site does not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. Visit and performance metrics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) work without cookies and produce aggregated data that does not identify you. That is why we do not display a cookie consent banner.

The site may use strictly necessary technical storage for it to function, which contains no personal data. External services we link to (Calendly, WhatsApp) may set their own cookies when you visit them, under their own policies.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your prior consent and update this section.

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we find that we have received a minor's data, we will delete it.

This policy is effective as of September 28, 2026. The database will remain active for as long as the purposes described are being fulfilled. Any substantial change will be published on this page with a new effective date and, if it affects the authorized purposes, we will inform you before applying it.
